Privacy Notice
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into enforcement on the 25th May 2018, to comply with the GDPR I have updated my privacy policy.
My Client’s privacy is of the upmost importance to me, therefore I do not share any information given to me, I do not contact clients’ by email nor store any information or data on a computer. I only contact clients’ by text or phone call using the number provided to confirm appointments with me.
On the first visit my clients fill in a consultation card, this is a legal requirement by my insurance provider. This information tells me if there are any contraindications to treatment and is a guide to setting a treatment plan. The consultation cards are stored securely in a locked cabinet, and the information is not shared with anyone else. I would only share this information if I were to make a referral to another practitioner, with my clients’ permission and only information that would benefit my clients’ health.
I am required by law to keep this information for 7 years.
LocationClaire Durand is located in Fulham with easy access to tubes and buses, there is also ample pay and display parking.
